There's a little over one week left before the ENDURrun, and I don't feel at all ready. My running has suffered again over the last week; I either didn't have time to fit it in, or the ones that I did fit in, sucked.
Yesterday I went out at lunchtime to do a 10km tempo, with two tough hills in it. It was rough; weather was humid, and I just didn't have the gas to do that kind of aggressive running. I made it up the first hill but the second one I got halfway and stopped. How am I going to survive the hills of K/W?
I've also got to start planning what to bring, what to wear, and what to eat, for the week I am in Waterloo. I should coordinate with my roomie so we don't bring too much of the same stuff.
Just get me through to next Tuesday; my last day of training before ENDURrun!
